Although 1st Coast Renovations is only in its first year of operation, its founder Jerry "FRANK" White has been delivering top-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction for over 18 years. 

As a young boy I was always 2 steps behind or 5 steps ahead of my father, Jerry SR, who taught me everything from framing to custom carpentry. I tried my hardest to follow in my fathers footsteps. All through high school working alongside him on jobsites, cleaning up, pressure washing, changing kitchen hardware and changing door handles and he even let me do some painting, but at the very most I was watching and learning.  After high school I started working with my father for a few years perfecting my skills until I starting a job that led me to help build the now famous Choctaw Resort and Casino, in Durant Oklahoma. I was doing millwork for them, consistent of laying trim, cabinet building and installing door jams. After that I went back home to the great state of Texas and was working for a few different companies all over the state, until I once again found myself working alongside my father, only this time here in beautiful Jacksonville, Florida.

Working all over Jacksonville it was apparent to me that there was a major problem with the quality of craftsmanship and the lack of accountability in some companies. I just wanted something better for MY customers. No matter what it was. But call after call it was always about fixing a problem that another company had messed up. I was sympathizing with angry homeowners who paid for a service and was either completely blown off or who received bad workmanship or even worse the ones who messed up more than what they came to fix. It broke my heart, and I made it my mission to build a company and base MY CUSTOMERS as my ultimate mission. a full-fledged promise to provide excellent craftmanship and unsurpassed customer service to everyone I have the pleasure of serving. 

1st Coast Renovations, is a small company that puts every single client at the front of the table and works solely on your project until its completion. Rest assured even though we like to work one project at a time, no matter how big or small we have the manpower and the expertise to complete your needs in a timely and quality manner.
